Code of Conduct Pledge
By signing this pledge I agree to conduct myself as an example for others to look up to. This requires me to be polite, friendly, appreciative and caring. I will dedicate myself to be on time and not be absent from events or meetings. I will also help members raise funds to help a person in need. Pink Ladies Dart League is an internationally known dart league that I am proud to support and I will demonstrate to others the correct way to assist people in need. I will treat all equipment and facilities with respect, ensuring they are used responsibly and kept in good condition for everyone’s benefit. If I lose sight of the cause for this league or show misconduct I will possibly be voted out or suspended by my peers. “No One will fight alone on my watch.”

The Fundraising Committee is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds that support the mission of Minot Pink Ladies. This includes organizing donation drives, coordinating sponsorships, and identifying new funding opportunities. The committee works closely with the Treasurer(s) to ensure transparency and accountability in all fundraising efforts.
The Compassion Committee focuses on providing direct support to individuals and families affected by cancer within the Minot Pink Ladies service area. This includes delivering care packages, coordinating outreach efforts, and responding to specific needs with empathy and discretion. The committee ensures that the heart of the organization—compassion—is reflected in every interaction.
The Special Event Committee plans and executes community events that raise awareness, foster engagement, and support fundraising goals. These events may include galas, awareness walks, or themed gatherings. The committee handles logistics, promotion, and volunteer coordination to ensure successful and meaningful events.
This committee is dedicated to organizing the annual Summer Nights Dart Tournament, one of the organization’s signature fundraising events. Responsibilities include securing venues, managing registrations, coordinating with sponsors, and ensuring a fun, competitive, and well-run tournament that reflects the spirit of the Minot Pink Ladies.
